Shinn: "Why are you giving everyone such a hard time?! Tusk's parents died fighting for a future they believed in! You aren't the only one who's lost family, Ange."

Ange: "How sanctimonious. Do you ever wonder how many families you've probably taken away?!"

Shinn: "WHAT?! What's that suppose to mean?!"

Ange: "You're a soldier aren't you? Fighting other humans. Did you ever think of all the people you've killed? What about their families?"

Shinn: "Uhh..."

Ange: "You've probably taken just as many brothers and sisters, fathers and friends... like you took Julio away from me."

Shinn: "HUH? Julio? Why on Earth would you be holding that against me? Julio was going to kill you! He betrayed you! He thinks you and the rest of the Norma were nothing but trash and sacrificial pawns! You were going to kill him yourself!"

Ange: "I know. But now I'm wondering if I would have regret it now."

Shinn: "But why? He betrayed you-"

Ange: "He was still my brother. I can't pretend that all the years we had together didn't mean something. Even now I can still fondly remember... Maybe deep down, somehow, even after everything he did, I want to believe that I could have saved him."

In Ep. 19 Ange apparently holds it to Embryo for killing Julio despite Julio wanting to massacre her and the Norma. Perhaps deep down Ange found it in her to still love her brother despite everything he did.
