Avery: Ha ha! Escaped that old bat by the skin of our necks! Wasn't that the best apple pie you ever tasted??

Kate: Why did we have to do all that just to eat window pie? Wouldn't she-a gave us some if we asked?

Avery: Kate, if we just ask big humans to lift us or hand us things all the time, there goes our independence!! We need to show the big guys that we're strong, and we can think and fight for ourselves! They think their tasty pies are safe on their window, but when a couple of runts like us come along 'n' grab a bite, they'll think twice!

Kate: You can at least take a bath once in a while.

Avery: Kate, these are my battle marks! How else am I supposed to get any respect?? 'sides, if you like being clean, wear shoes! Then you'll be able to keep up with me a bit better.

Kate: I think we should look cute, so the humans give us yummy cake!

Avery: Ugh, you have no self-respect. Come on, Kay, let's move to the next house! I hear Shu's human is making a cake for his friend's birthday. Let's leave our footprints all over it and MARK our territory!

Kate: You're smelly.

Here are two on-the-spot characters I whipped up for . The boy is Avery, and that's his little sister, Kate. They are two Lilliputians who like to explore the big world around them and get in danger. Well, Avery does, Kate just tags along. Being as small as he is, Avery likes to think of life like a survival game, and he loves to explore places for the sake of finding danger or excitement. Some of their missions include swiping cat food from the monster's bowl, infiltrating houses through the vents by riding tamed rats, and sailing toy boats across a lake-size pool with many splashing children.

So I mostly thought up Avery, and Shu came up with part of Kate's design. Kate is the cleaner one of the duo while Avery collects more dirt. Also, his left hand is bandaged due to an accident with a pebble. (P.S. to avoid confusion, her original name was Kayla, I changed it to Kate to differentiate her from one of my characters.)
