This is based on the viral Tony Chopper crying meme, so when I saw people drawing their own versions of it, I just had to join the bandwagon! While thinking of what to draw for this meme, my mind just went to the finale of Sonic X and the rest was set in stone! I honestly couldn't pass up the opportunity to draw this! XD
