Finally I have a new piece of work to show you guys! This is the most complicated composition I have created, dynamically and in respect to color as well. Its a bit bombastic but that is how I roll. Still sharpening the old stick so I'll be able to hunt big jobs. This picture took about a week to complete. I don't watch Naruto, so in order to ensure I respected the show, and understood what I was drawing, I watched 50+ episodes, 30 of which were in a row. Immediate proceeding the 30th episode, I listened to some Japanese music and ate ramen so I could express my burgeoning weeaboo nature. Guy Sensei called me on the phone and let me know how big of a bad ass I was for drawing him like the bad ass he is. Our bad ass natures collided through telecommunations so hard my cellphone exploded. You guys owe me a cellphone.Related content

Whoa. Never before have Rock Lee or Might Guy looked so bad-ass. You even included pre-Guy admiration Rock in the pic. Very nice. To see Rock Lee finally get the attention he deserves. I've always liked Rock & Guy because of their homages to two hard-ass fighters (Bruce Lee & Jackie Chan), which makes them that much more bad-ass. Rock on, Rock! I'm always on the look out for fanart... especially of the Rock Lee kind, that stands out. Thanks to a friend finding this late last night, she was able to give me this link so I could stare in wonder at the wonder composition, anatomy skills, and in character drawing that this is. This is simply astounding! This kind of rat makes me happy and makes me want to search your gallery more!!!!

Too bad I can't get a wall sized print of this to put in my room. I can't tear my eyes away from the colors around Rock Lee's shoulder. I've never been able to show anyone my favorite color because I don't think man has mixed the shade of green yet, but you did. Your colors are...wow.

Being someone who sucks soooo bad with composition, this just blows my mind. Colours work wonderfully, as do the poses and how you've encorporated everything so fittingly.
