Alice was sent to the hospital and she got fixed up. She only suffered a broken left ankle and a broken left wrist.

Nothing really serious.

The nurse Diane was rolling her off to the waiting room to wait for Alice's sister to come pick her up.

Alice knows that her sister, Cici will come to pick her up. After all, Alice could always rely on Cici whenever she was in trouble.

Cici rushed to the hospital as fast as she could after receiving the call to take care of her little sister. She knew all too well how it feels to fall off stairs.

Born with Osteoimperfecta, Cici knows all too well how it feels to break a bone. Being a type I sufferer, she has had her fair share of broken bones when she was young. As she grew up, she knows what to avoid. She avoids most sports that involves physical contact. She is very careful not to fall or have anything fall on her.

The traffic was bad in the city and Cici was stuck in traffic for a long time.

The longer the taxi took, the more eager she is to get to the hospital.

It was 2 hours later before she arrived at the hospital. She rushed in and caught a glimpse of what looked like her sister being rolled out of the emergency room.

She ran towards her without noticing the wet floor.

Everything was in slow motion. She spun around and fell. She instinctively pulled her arm back to break her fall. As her arms made contact with the ground, she could both feel and hear her out stretched arms crumble behind her.

In the back of her mind, Cici was actually grateful that she broke the fall or else, it might have been her spine that crumbled.
