It really doesn't look at all like Sakura, to be truthful. The body is way off.

Also the kunai knife should be bigger and longer, so it looks phallic.
The colors and shading is really clean and smooth. Reminds me of Jessica Rabbit from "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" Very pulp fictioney also. Classic pose.
