I got the sudden urge to draw HIM from Powerpuff girls. It just kinda hit me so I did it, lol. He is one of my favorite old-school cartoon villains (along with Katz from Courage the Cowardly Dog.)On a side note, I watched a bit of PPG Z and was completely and utterly disappointed by their remaking of HIM.

Before they toned him down this guy really creeped me out. I really didn't like his singling out of bubbles. Nice work. Also PPG Z!?

Ya, it's quite horrible. I wouldn't suggest watching it if you really love the cartoon.
