Description
Still practicing rendering 3D sketchup models in Kerkythea. It's kinda bugging me that the shadows are not soft like they should be. I even checked "soft shadows" in Kerkythea, but it didn't seem to do the trick. I think there is something else I need to do, so I'm still figuring it out.

What kind of render setting do you use to render this? And maybe you could think about using a light studio if you want to render separate objects. That is what I use when I want to render a single object like a table or a other objects.

I don't remember the setting for this. I was trying different settings to test the lighting. I certainly will look into using a light studio. Thank you!

Hmm do you have a global and a sun? do you have any extra lights in the scene if so each light needs the soft shadows thing checked.
try disabling the sun and re rendering, just to see what happens
next try a black background instead of a global (sun and sky settings) and render with the sun enabled

soft shadows works for me ... tho it cones out rather grainy
