Description: This Pokemon is known to star immense forest fires on accident. Its horns and hoves are made by lava that runs through their body. It also surfaces in odd rock-like patches.

... Well, first I had mis-read my note and thought it evolved again after this, then after I had colored it and was looking for something in the note, I realized it was the final stage T_T So I had to re-do it. Frankly, I like this one a hecka lot better (though the other one was cute as well....)
Then I had to modify the format because it's too long Oh, well.
Oh, and to I'm sorry to say I have no idea why the male/female would evolve at diffrent levels with out it also sounding sexist XD Oh, well....
