Name Origin: Candle-Dolt
Based obviously off of a candle/candle holder. I need to work on my drawing D: The body is all wonky.... and so is the shading...

New Move Info:
Fireball: Fire Type, Special, 25 Damage, 90 Acc., 10PP, Normal Range. Attacks 2-5 times in a row in one turn. 10% chance of burning the target. If target is frozen, melts the ice.

Heat Blast: Fire Type, Special, 120 Damage, 95 Acc., 5PP, Normal Range. 10% chance of burning the target. If target is frozen, melts the ice.

This is the first time I've done Base Stats so, if they seem a little off or, like, impossible... sorry T_T
