I was reading your character's background, and I feel that I should make a suggestion. Because of her nature, she shouldn't be considered "Evil" just "Chaotic." A "Chaotic Good" alignment would be a perfect match for her. Not abiding by the set laws of everyone else, but never truly meaning any harm
