For 16, almost 17 yearsI've gone around being myself.
I never thought that it had worked,
No one seemed to notice me.
At least he ones I wanted to.
A little over a year ago I moved here,
Hoping I could start over with different people.
Unnoticeably I couldn't control myself like I thought,
I started right where I left off and again,
No one seemed to care.
Now for once in my life someone cares.
When I first saw you I was immediately attracted,
I never thought that you would give me a chance.
Amazingly, I took it upon myself to talk to you.
Not knowing that we would be where we are now,
I tried my hardest just to be a good friend.
I never thought that one person could change my
life like you have.
But I guess that's what love does.
You changed how I look at myself
And how I look at life.
I truely love you,
I know this because I've never felt this good before,
Or cared so much for one person.
