I looked at you,
I wanted you to cry.
I wanted you to feel like your heart was being ripped from your chest.
Did you know what you had done?
How bad you hurt me,
My heart had a dagger through it, from behind.
I didn't expect for you to stab me in the back like you did.
Worse then any other pain I felt before.

As you carried on with what seemed like your perfect life,
I watched you, being with friends.
Having fun while I yearned for your uncaring touch.
I tried to push you away mentally.
I felt more used then I ever had before.
I wanted you to share the pain I knew you weren't feeling.
I'd hurt you myself but I couldn't ever again get close enough.
It was worse knowing I could stand beside you and you couldn't feel my pain.

You'll some day get what you deserve.
When that day comes around,
It's going to hurt worse then my pain.
Just be prepared for what you have never felt before.
My pain from you is gone,
Forever it is gone I will think of you as a person I can never trust again.
There are other people I can now put my trust into.

So if you ever think you'd want to put your trust into me,
I'll understand because I am trustworthy and not like you.
And from now on learn that when you love someone,
It doesn't mean they love you back.
I know because of you.
Just be careful choosing who you trust and love.
