seasons 1, 2, and all 3 of the ovas are on netflix both subbed and dubbed in english. you'll need to rely on online resources to watch the three specials (nox, goultard, and ogrest), but they're well worth the search.
if i can recommend it though, try to stay away from the dub. it's not BAD but it's not as pleasant to listen to, and the voice acting just doesn't feel as heartfelt, in my opinion.
