Description Pffiouh... A break in the Gardevoir papercraft series...actually I haven't built more of them yet!
Here is Fletchling  done by . If it can stand, it is since I put sand in the legs, yes, real beach sand.   But this is not a really good idea since the sand goes out by the little holes that my bad building makes..
Anyway, I do love birds even if I do not like the 6th pokemon generation and this little boy is really nice! tweet-tweet!

Sand? I'd never thought of using sand . I think this would spread throughout the model, or this would exit through small holes  .
Usually I use clay to give counterweight, but always gray or white color, because another color stain the paper .

This is totally true, the sand exit through the holes...   That's why I said that his is NOT a good idea! But as I'm poor, I still use it, it is quite efficient you know.   If you don't have to move the model, that's fine.

The idea of using sand isn't actually that bad. I have used it with success with success , just needed to mix a bit of glue, that way the sand turns into a kind of stone fully attached to the model. In some case, I have used small stones wrapped with paper, and I even used a magnet . Those "hacks" never made my models gross.

Maybe , but I don't like the idea of having dirt , models also deteriorate with dust .
I prefer the always reliable modeling clay, filled only part that is in contact with the floor. The rest you can fill with cotton or pillow stuffing . But it's all a matter of preference (and wallet )
