OK, I'm just gonna come out and say this, whether it be right or wrong;
This isn't an actual Zodiac letter. Rather, it's a piece of artwork INSPIRED by the Zodiac letters. Want proof? He signed his name of the bottom! This, of course, means it probably was never meant to be solved in the first place. Still, it's pretty darn good fascimile, so hats off!
However, I'm willing to rescind this comment if it is truly a Zodiac letter, and he merely got his name from the letter.

"My wisdom ends here" it literally says. You just have to cross out each smilielike icon and right letter and you have the final letters, drop down each letter with an strange line in or at it and cross them out. Read them backwards and you will get it. o,รด

with "cross them out" i mean the lines, so you get normal letters. The special marks are to be deleted, as well.

I've actually decoded some things before.
This does use the same basic system I would assume. letters matching up to the same symbols I mean.

No he changed the code for his last letters, and this code was using some sort of crypting no-one even knew where to begin with. Yes he's still using the same characters but they dont mean the same thing. Obviously as it would have been crackled.
Anyone who solves this code will be globally recognised and overnight become one of the most famous people in the world.
So if you do crack it, tell us i want some money.
