Most of the original features are linked in the Description for the piece. Unfortunately, I reformatted a while after I made this Desktop, so I don't actually have it to post. Sorry.

garicosDesign In reply to xXFLiqPyXx [2010-08-20 16:51:21 +0000 UTC]

There is a way to remove the arrow. That's how I did it on mine. Unfortunately I do not remember how... a simple Google search should remove that mystery though.

Is it possible that you could save all this features in one pack that could be downloaded and applied with a mere click, something this new version of rainmeter has made possible?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

garicosDesign In reply to sonofcaine [2010-06-16 05:16:01 +0000 UTC]

Unfortunately, I reformatted my computer and I did not save this particular theme. I'll keep that in mind for future RainMeter setups that I do.

what is that ball, with hologram?
I don't think it's rainmeter

great desktop btw

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

garicosDesign In reply to NGomesS [2010-06-10 02:39:11 +0000 UTC]

That hologram is indeed a RainMeter skin. It comes with all the system info as well. I actually have no idea why I didn't credit or link the person who made it... But maybe it's because I didn't know who it was.

But as of now, you can actually get the RainMeter skin from th3rdify's Desktop Pack located here: [link]

sPeedy-0o [2010-06-01 12:15:52 +0000 UTC]

Thanks for the tip! But one last question for you:
How did u upgrade the Winamp Circles to support iTunes? Any example to do this?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

garicosDesign In reply to sPeedy-0o [2010-06-01 17:01:58 +0000 UTC]

That was a slightly harder task... Umm...

One of the default skins (Enigma I think it was) has a music player that supports iTunes. I pretty much analyzed the coding for that, and merged it together with the visualization coding of the Winamp Circles. How? I honestly don't remember... Lol.

sPeedy-0o [2010-05-31 19:31:29 +0000 UTC]

What colors did u insert for the Digital Circles? I mean in the document. Like FontColor=255,255,255,200. Or could you upload your file? Would be gr8

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

garicosDesign In reply to sPeedy-0o [2010-05-31 19:33:27 +0000 UTC]

I'm not home right now, so I can't give you the exact colors. Hopefully I'll remember when I get home and I'll get you the files (I did promise someone previously that I would... I should get on that).

If I don't respond with the color codes by tomorrow, comment again to remind me. Thanks!

Tyvm! 3 more Questions for you :
Did you mod the Dark Eve thing, too?
Are the Dots on the lines links to your Programms?
If they are, how did you do that?
I'll make u remember it .

👍: 0 ⏩: 2

garicosDesign In reply to sPeedy-0o [2010-06-01 03:31:36 +0000 UTC]

Hey, got some bad news.

I totally forgot that I had to reinstall RainMeter for the newest Beta version in order to use the skins for my current Desktop setup, and I never saved the one I had before. If you want the colors, you could probably just use the Eyedropper Tool in Photoshop and get the RGB code!

👍: 0 ⏩: 0

garicosDesign In reply to sPeedy-0o [2010-05-31 19:39:47 +0000 UTC]

Hey sPeedy-0o.
All your questions can pretty much be answered within my original description. Dark Eve was not modified, or so my description says (I honestly don't even remember. But if I didn't say I modded it, I probably didn't).
As for the dots, they're pretty much just icons made by th3rdify. I have a link to them in the description as well.

where did you get those icons for the itunes, etc. the blue dots? cuz i cant get ones that actually look like that =\

garicosDesign In reply to llkkjj [2010-05-06 04:59:12 +0000 UTC]

The RocketDock icon is by Try4Ce, which is linked in my description. But here is it again for you: [link] I just used the PSD provided with the icons and changed the colors for it.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

garicosDesign In reply to stefanakos7 [2010-04-09 03:25:31 +0000 UTC]

I believe within the download, there's actually a PSD file that goes with it. I just simply edit the font color of it.

Winamp Circles by =Gerguter [link] w/ mods to support iTunes
Can you say how you did this or provide a link?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

garicosDesign In reply to Maliquis [2010-04-06 07:34:29 +0000 UTC]

Hmn... Honestly to give you an exact description, I don't think I'd be able to. I was actually looking at the commands in the Enigma Music interface, and kind of just merged the coding of them together. Functionality from Enigma, and appearance from Winamp Circles.

I tried couldn't get it right so I just put the 2nd gig clock thing from dark eve on my desktop and called it close enough (though that's not even used in yours)
oh well might try again when its not 5 AM

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

garicosDesign In reply to Akularael [2010-03-21 12:25:36 +0000 UTC]

Haha well, I did actually modify the coding a bit so that it'd match up wit the color scheme and all. I might look into and see if I can actually compile up the theme file itself, and send that as a downloadable.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Akularael In reply to garicosDesign [2010-03-21 22:15:37 +0000 UTC]

That would be awesome.
By the way i will joining Infinite AION when the client download is finally finished (highest speed so far is ~60 kb/s) so it will be a while

Akularael [2010-03-21 08:43:34 +0000 UTC]

You should make a video of how to set up the desktop.
Because it looks amazing and I want to shamelessly copy it.

garicosDesign In reply to Akularael [2010-03-21 09:09:43 +0000 UTC]

Haha, no shame. I actually just got the idea from someone else that I saw using RainMeter, and just modified things a bit to make it use on my part.

hey uh short question how can i set rainmeter to start with windows? 'cause i have to run it manually :S

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

garicosDesign In reply to XBlackxWingedxAngelX [2010-02-28 09:53:46 +0000 UTC]

You have to create a shortcut of RainMeter and put it in your startup folder. Do a quick Google search to find out where it is.
