My friend Lost56 did a fantastic job colouring Betty Bot for me, especially since shading isn't my strongest point.Betty briefly appears in Revenge of the Sith with this body and in the Clone Wars cartoon with this head.
The pose is naturally based on Betty Page.

Hhmmn, HHM! Gotta love them side characters who are better looking than the main characters!
The body position matches her programed personality. Metal parts are just as hard to draw as normal clothing. And the coloring is spot on. Although its hard to see any shading, Without a full body shadow beneath her.
Also, The C.G.I. version we see in the theatrical movies just looks average fem-bot. And I don't think it looks like Betty page so much as its name implies. Betty page had way more curves. However, The animated version we saw on Cartoon Network, has more curved metal parts that resembles a human female with an hourglass body and a busty chest. The poutty lips and protruding hair bangs makes her more desirable.
There so needs to be more fan art of the BD-3000 luxury Droid.
I had created a fan art of her with two other fembots, But that drawing is not as good as my recent images.

Love this. It's realy the only decent reference image I've found for this droid. I'm trying to figure out a good combination of action figure parts to do a custom version... I doubt hasbro is ever going to make one!

Thanks a lot, but like I wrote in the description, this is the way her head looks in the cartoon and her body in Episode 3, so it's not exactly accurate. Just after I drew it, they posted some Betty Bot pictures in this gallery on the official site (animated version)

I don't think your version's body is much different than the toon's. The only real difference is that the toon's version has a much smaller waist.
I like the toon version of the head alot better than the movie style, I assume you do as well since thats what you chose to draw. the two styles blend together well.

You're right, I like the toon 'hairstyle' much better. I actually still think it's a bit silly when they put female droids in Episode 3 when they already had a protocol droid with a woman's voice in Episode 1, but they look very cute on the cartoon series. The arms and shoulder are also a bit different.
