Yes I like this. The title fits this picture perfectly.
I love the tones, they are very suitable for the element in the picture - very summer-ish-hotness-phew. yes it's a word.
Very crisp and delightful

I'd have to agree with dymention on this one. I'm still going to it, but I think the grain in the sky brings it onto the view plane and somehow foreshortens the distance. If you were to simply blur that portion out, it would recede to its proper place and create a greater sense of depth.
Aside from that, I love it.

Let me start by saying this is a great shot. Wonderful mixture of macro and fading distance. The thin subject (tall grass) lets us dive into the background. Yet the focus being on the grass we are drawn back to it.
The only thing I didn't like was the grain in the sky. This is an odd thing for me to dislike, I am a huge fan of grain in photography. However the sky seems to be saturated with it. I personally like grain in anything darker then middle grey (grey card.) It just stands out to much in this photo.
On a side note: I hope you find my comments useful and not judgemental. Its not my intention to be mean or hurtful in any way. Just thought I'd throw that in since my last two comments on your work pointed a few things out.

I love this, wonderful dof, choice of tone, and composition.
what draws me in is the two brighter areas on each side of the photo near the top.
it joins the picture to the thin border and give it a nice sense os presentation.
is the nikon f90x a digital camera?
if so, how many shots did you have to take to end up with this?

Hey,
ui interessants Bild.
Weiter so!
