This is a very beautiful picture, for some reason it reminded me of the catcher in the rye (I mean no offense, I personally like the book, but I know there are many people who doesn't) It displays man's desire to feel and also in a way love and protect.

The photo is exceptionally gorgeous, but your quote adds such depth to the image.....it really is incredible. I love everything about this shot; the focus, the softness and the different textures, and the detail of the veins on the model's hand - beautiful.

I Love this! I know everyone is comparing it to Gladiator (and it does give that vibe very much) but I can't help but think of all the photos out there with a woman instead. I feel that this concept is sooo much better with a man instead. Makes me breath deep and recall summers past.
