Oh and forgot sovereigns eye glow thing OTL
oh well~ I was trying some new shading style, it look okay? .3.
But yeah I kinda like and dislike how this turned out.

Okay, you definitely picked out an incredible theme to play with here! Excellent work! I'm curious as to the computerized look on both your characters here, (maybe an explanation for people who aren't familiar with these particular characters). The background is incredible, but I think it doesn't fit well with the picture's theme (more on that below). I'm guessing you went with a cybernetic theme here? If so, the lines on your characters should be much brighter so it looks more robotic. (looks good in full-size but I'd suggest you increase the size of the lines so it contrasts better with the characters). Also, what happened with the array of black lines at the bottom of the picture? Are those supposed to be there?
The characters are VERY well done, the lines are extremely well done on both of them. The shading style is incredible, and you did a great job with it, especially since both characters stand out against the background! This is top-notch color shading right here, and the detail is incredible. My suggestion would be, regarding the background, would be to try and combine it with the theme of the characters (I'm gonna guess part real-world, part cyber-world), so you can try and play around with real world background up front but as you look closer, you can make sections appear like cybernetic cubes so you get the idea of both worlds. I actually had trouble thinking of a background at the time is why it seems a little unfitting, XD and those black links at the front are grass~ c;

Of course! Okay I was just wondering about the lines. If I had to give you a suggestion about backgrounds, just draw the characters first and then play with the backgrounds later so you can work with different places and how you want the background to look. Take your time! (Also sent a note a few minutes ago). I'm always happy to help, and the pic turned out very well! Thanks!

i love the robitic look to sovereigns eye, i think you shouldnt add the glow
the only bad thing i have to say is about the dress. even the backround draws your attention to the characters more, so the backround isnt too bad.
