For some reason I'm picturing a short Roy from Fire Emblem with extremely long hair. It might just be the clothing he's wearing but other than that, this is a nice piece and that hair kinda looks like a natural cape in a way. The gloves do look good too in my opinion, makes me think they're enchanted or something similar.

Leeroy is having a relaxing day when he noticed Cheval and his magnificent red hair pass him by Leeroy decided to run up beside Cheval and says "hey beautiful what's the hurry?" Cheval looks at Leeroy and says to him "I'm just running enjoying the nice open breeze thru my hair." Leeroy says "that's nice Cheval I see you're hair has grown out even longer since I last saw you mines grown longer to real soon I'll reach my goal of floor length hair." Cheval smiled and says "that's really awesome can't wait till you reach floor length like me." Leeroy and Cheval continue running together.
