I like how you handled the linework and knocked some color in there! Like with Bat's outline and chest symbol.
I'm really enjoying the darks on Batgirl...the three tones of blue. Although, it makes the hair and yellow flatten out. Probably because you only have one tone with the hair and two with the yellow....and even then, the yellow's darker value is pretty light.
Maybe make the yellow shadow darker and/or add another value....same with the hair maybe? Or at least add one extra value to the hair if you add a third to the yellow. Something to balance out the blue tones. Which are adding great detail with the shapes of them by the way.
Awesome BG design....nice elements to enhance the composition.

Actually, there's only 2 tones of blue. That third is the lineart.
