Because you did, and the base maker had no real actual permission from this person, which means is not a legit base. It is stolen. This person barely speaks or knows English if you actually looked around her gallery and judging by the stuff she's written on her drawings, she can either speak Korean or Japanese fluently. English is not her strongest subject (at least that is what it appears)
