Looks great! I'm no expert on pixel art, but if I could change one thing, it may be the shading on the hat and legs. I feel that their more flat shading contrasts with the smooth shading of the face and shirt, and a a couple of extra tones to make it more of a gradient would really help out. Again, just my opinion. Looks fantastic regardless.
