Description
When you feel like out of inspiration just go outside and let the nature take you under it's controlIt took me like a week off and on... I dunno. It was really hard to create an animation of waterfall

oh.
my.
fucking.
god.
How did I not notice this before? I feel retarded, I tell you. Retarded.
This is GORGEOUS in so many ways.
That's the closest to realism as pixelart can get, I think.
I LOVE the colour choices you've made. The greens against the browns and the striking white foamy blue.
Very, VERY captivating. Needless to say the texture is just brilliant.
The flow of the water is perfect. The way it tumbles. And I love how you paid attention to the foam at the bottom.
This truly is mindblowing.
.__.
Hats off to you, sir.

A nice chill run along my back. Such a sweet words (If this could be said in English). I felt a bit disappointed about this work before. That's my best work - I'm sure and it's not my highest rated. But your words are so sweet.
THANK YOU!

The animation is beautiful I like how this realism works with the classic pixelart "repeating plants". The shifting waters create this odd transparancy... and yes, I want to put my feet in
Viewing at 200% zoom was yet again awesome.

What a great job!
I see lots of work here, and loving the way you keep your art in a very high level, in each one of your devs.
You had a fantastic idea giving movement to a static image, and I cant imaginate the pain of do frames for a waterfall cicle...
Im remembering the animated pictures of some chinese restaurants
Aside the amazing animation work, Im in love with the way you solve the leafs... really well done

heya gas, love the new avatar although you cant really see Osmi all that well but hey what can you do.
The waterfall is amazing, the grass and stuff to the sides looks beautiful, just like one of those crazy old school rpg's like FF5 etc.
more frames would be soo cool but i know how much work it is, its just, living accross the road from a waterfall it shits me when i see things that dont look real, but thats just me.
but yeh, aside from me being a podantic little bitch, this is amazing.

This is a very wicked piece. (From when I first saw it to when I look at it right now.) The foliage and everything else is done quite well. Very realistic. (Some of those leaves remind me of bananna's for some reason too.)
Spiffy little animation you put there as well. Not sure, but I think it could of used one more frame of water flowing to smooth it all out. Then again, maybe it would have only made it look sort of weird if you put too much action in it. As is, it's very peaceful. Looks like it would be a killer place to take a shower/bath. (Only in the movies though, hmm?)

Yeah maybe a 1 frame more would rock but it was really annoying to create frame #02 for 2 days... When you feel like it almost finished and still a lot to do When I finished it I found I need at least 4 or 6 frames more like that. I thought frame #3 would not help and decided to give up.
I had a very nice edit by DELer but it helped only partly - for narrow parts...
Eh
Anyway I was really glad to hear from you

This is a fine example of pixel art. The detail is just fantastic. I could only imagine the patience put into this - I probably would've given up after the first five minutes. At any rate, keep up the snazzy work.

Waterfalls are very hard to animate but you did it wonderfully.
I especially love the finer undershadows, how they round out the plant and push it out over the water.
Amazing what a few colors can make in skilled hands. Congrats on a great piece of art.

Wonderful scene - I've never seen pixelated water running, so I'm quite impressed with that! The water does look a bit like it's jumping up and down, but the whole thing is just so nice-looking I don't even care

Cool, reminds me of a background of a platform or adventure game Good shading and water pixeling - though some of the leaves on the right seem a bit too repetitive - nothing disturbing though. Class!

ah sexy stuff, i couldn't envisage myself animating a waterfall, but you've done it pretty damn well (if i had even thought about it before hand, you would have though.... but it would require so much effort?) you've made it look easy, yet damned good at the same time. Surrounding scenery is well done too.
Pixel artists scare me keep it up dude

nice job with the water. i've found water hard to do myself... i did a little experiment with water with a rubberducky emoticon splashing around. you seemed to pull it off very well though.
