There are too many people like this in general I think the same can probably be said for any fandom, or hobby, or like, or dislike. I could say there are too many green-eyed people like this, or too many people in the Dr. Who fandom like this, and it wouldn't necessarily be untrue, but it doesn't make them related factors. There's no causation and hardly even a correlation. I mean, like most things there are probably exceptions, a few so completely obsessed that they truly do just stop life for their fandom, but it's not really fair to let the few individuals set the stereotype for the vast majority. Unless there really is science and study behind it, they don't seem relevant to one another in any way.
tl;dr I still don't think the two are as related as some like to think

but in this instance it does because there are an abnormal amount of people like that in this community, do you know how many people come up to me and tell me things like "you're right, I need to change" and such from this fanbase? the answer is alot more times in this fanbase then others and it's always the same symptoms as well, I tell them to go out and talk to people make some friends and there is always some BS reason why they can't like there are no people around where I live and such, I tell them to get a girlfriend/ boyfriend then they tell me something like well there is no one I remotely like and a lot of these people are in high school so firstly how is there no one around where you live and secondly you are telling me that in the entire school there is no one that you remotely express interest in?

YET, there are green eyed people who like MLP, and green eyed people who have no social life, AND green eyed people who like MLP AND have no social life. Again, I'm not saying it is. I'm just saying that you're zeroing in on one fanbase that happens to be the popular one at this point in time and acting as if it's the only one, while all others are excused. None of them should be excused.

I say something because it's a lot like saying something generalized about the black community. A black person doesn't need to be a hoodlum to dislike people talking about how "so many blacks are hoodlums". Although that may not be the best example, since there's actually been studies done about that sort of thing and there are probably figures that can be pulled up to back on side or the other, unlike something like this in which personal experience is the only thing we have to go on. Either way, it's a stereotype like any other, and as a college student with many friends, a good number of which consider themselves bronies, I dislike that stereotype. In your case your personal experience says one thing, and my personal experience differs from yours. My friends, without exception, are all either in college or working. One of them is working and going through clinicals right now. The difference is, as you've said, the only people who usually reply to you are the guilty ones, who knows how many "bronies" have passed by your comments without saying anything, purely because they're not guilty? You have no way of knowing. Which means your experience is only with the few (and no matter how many "a lot" is, look at the millions out there) who are guilty.

what you seem to miss understand though is you think that I'm only going after this community which is untrue, like you said there are many people like this, so what if the reason I'm going after you right now is because you are my first option? what if I was going to be after other community's as well? So you go after multiple fanbases for things entirely unrelated to their fanbase - yet act as if that fanbase is a factor contributing to that unrelated thing as a reason to put down the people you're talking about (in this case the unemployed lazy slobs). You can hate lazy people, you can hate MLP, but you can't say with absolute scientifically backed proof that the two have ANYTHING to do with one another. It's the only point I've been trying to make this whole time. I don't care what fanbases you attack or why, I just dislike when someone uses a stareotype with no facts to back it as the entire basis of their argument.
I didn't know your race, nor do I care what it is. I haven't even visited your page until just now, and you don't even have any pictures so how would I even know what your race IS? That was not the point. I was just picking an example. It's called a metaphor; they compare two very different things that are alike in how they function. Unlike a sport and a reason for stereotyping, two different forms of stereotyping are indeed related. The reason it "wasn't the best example" is because there have been studies to back the one involving the race of people who commit crimes - meaning even it has more merit than what you've been saying.

Just an fyi, in the first panel, Fluttershy's dress doesn't have those straps/fabric going over her chest and shoulders. It looks like it's just a white skirt. But when you get to the part where she's trying to cover her no-no area, she's got fabric covering her chest area and that it wraps over the shoulders. Inconsistency?
