Not Queen, Zygon's aren't changelings but aliens from another world, a world that the Doctor failed to save during the Last Great Time War between the Time Lords and the Daleks. Various ships of refugees spread throughout the universe, and some decided to take a new home by force.
Brotonia is more likely the Captain of their starship. Like the one, in canon Doctor Who, that replaced Queen Elizabeth the 1st that one brief time.

I am a little disappointed that it was the real Twilight in the pod. It's still a good story regardless, just feels a little run-of-the-mill with such a sub-par 'reveal' that almost everyone in the comments sections was betting on since pretty much the beginning.

The author might change it, but in DW lore the zygons do not have queens (they're not changelings as MLP knows them, that was just an assumption by the equestrians). If it's in line with the lore, more likely this individual was/is the captain of the starship they arrived on.

Well, I was hoping that the fake Twilight was the real Twilight this whole time, and someone else was in the giant cocoon. I really didn't want this plot twist "That's not the real Twilight, she's somewhere else" to ever happen since everyone was hoping it. Not saying that i'm mad that the commenters were right. I was just really hoping for the "Oh, you thought this was going to happen. Sorry that's not going to happen". Not say that the viewers should not be right, but being right at the obvious and predictable. I just find a story more interesting if do thing predictable as this in a story. Again, I'm still enjoying the story anyway. I just hope it went differently than everyone expect. Who knows you probably did this so you viewers would be happy, and that they wouldn't rage in the comment section saying how this doesn't make sense; or, you were going to do this anyway, not because the viewer said so. If you or anyone else read this comment, thank you. Does anyone have a problem with what I said. Don't worry, I won't mind. This is just opinion based.
