Description
COMFUT (COMbatiente FUTuro or Future Warfighter) is the Spanish Army's 21st century infantryman equipment.Build around a real-time command and control (C2) system provided to every squad member, COMFUT includes: a portable computer; helmet and firearm connectivity; helmet-mounted camera; night sensors; a new bulletproof vest equipped with hi-tech elements, such radios, batteries or telemeters and endurance modules; a backpack integrated in the vest; a high comfort suit featuring reduced infrared signature; and thermal stability.
The C2 system will provide key capabilities such as situational awareness, squad members and target position.
COMFUT leverages the technology of the German IdZ system also developed by EADS.

The shoulder elements look to be overly encumbering
Oh hey, a pelvis protector. Nice. Those are really goddamn important, regardless of gender yanno.
Collar may make it difficult to shoulder the rifle and cheek weld.
Most soldiers are not issued sidearms.
Rifle looks ok, sights seems oversized, mag undersized.Β
The kneepads look nice, and it's also ultilitarian.Β

Wuaw ya quier ver a Argentina peleando codo a codo con estos muchachos, yo me imagino al soldado del futuro argentino (si nuestra presidenta pone algo mas de dinerito en modernizarlo), como decia, me imagino al soldado argentino parecido a este pero sin tanta tecnologia, como el casco, pero si con nuevos fuziles GALIL ACE, chaleco anti-balas pesado con ceramica, y camuflaja tipo "pampa".

One thing I noticed was that in the description you did not mention a Geiger counter which under the right circumstances could be very useful in some theaters of war. and since nuclear war seems very imminent in the future of the world that would seem like a good thing.

The way i look at it there will probably be one within the next 80 years or so, with global society at this point any small thing seems as if it will start a fire. True things recently have been a bit more stable than they have been in a while i don't think its long until well lets just say we might be at each others necks soon shall we. I'm kinda pessimistic

The G-36E sin embargo parece un poquito fuera de proporciΓ³n particularmente en la mira telescopica.

Nightvison, termal vision, range finder, yep i think its quite complete. Maybe a integrated rocket launcher or a shotgun would be nice
