Solid effort, man. If I hadn't been previously engaged to taking care of Suzanna and the symbiotes plus brooding over Joe's apparent demise, I'm almost certain Virtus would have gone of after Steppenwolf as soon as the Canadian had ordered it.
Yeah, inarguably, this has been the least productive chapter of our whole run. But I'm sure that will change once we see some fresh faces in Chapter Six.

You manage to get so much story across with only a few panels. It's a skill I envy. The Canadian's inspiring speech on the previous page was very good, too.

I seriously doubt it. I asked at the beginning of the chapter if anyone was planning on hunting him down, and only one person even bothered to reply.

Well people all have their own agendas this chapter I guess... and we can always steer the story in that direction for the next chapter if no-one takes it up this time (and if you'd want that of course!) I could move Canadian's speech to the end of the chapter and use that to set up the heroes' mission in Chapter Six. I'll admit I'm getting a bit worried about the lack of entries so far though - how are you getting along with yours?

To be honest there's a whole lot of nothing going on with Charybdis and Jansen this month. At least something vaguely interesting happens to Steppe.

Well you have a week left! It would be good to work in a character scene if possible. I think if no-one picks up on the 'hunt for Steppe' storyline we'll make that the focus for the heroes in the next Chapter - Lee's speech from the Canadian was too good a set up to ignore! What do you reckon?

There is something happening with Char and Jansen, it's just not really about them. It's all Team Normal's character development.
I reckon it's a great idea. You're right about it being a brilliant set up.
I'll make sure Steppe's still out on his own at the end of this chapter.

It's all a learning curve, isn't it! I think you're right though - a less ambitious story with six to ten people who are actually committed to doing it would be fun next time around. Still - not writing this off yet! Lots of twists and turns to go and we have new people arriving in the next two chapters too...
