I can make little icon and pokemon-like walk sprite combos of different colors and design
Youd get both the icon and the walking sprite on its own.
The chain is optional and the background, color, and symbol can be different to reflect your character. These sprites are very simple and certain details might be difficult or not fully possible to retain.
Bigger characters might also have trouble fitting, but I dont know yet.
If you have specific things in mind outside of this you want or need just know that certain changes might up the price.

-the blankie has to be around his neck, though i understand it will need to be simplified
-the chain is fine. i'd like the frame to be the same shade of blue as his iris and the symbol to be a fish
-for the background i'd like something beachy. maybe pink sand and the blue surf line? or shells? whatever gets it across that hes at the beach.

you can make him feral if thats easier! as well as simplify the design as much as you need.
for the frame green is fine or whatever color matches, and id love the chain too! for the bg maybe a grass patch and clouds like the pink one, but instead of blue sky it can be sunset/dusk?
