Observe! An OC ghoul from Fallout 3!!

My god, what do I waste my life away on, eh?

Done on awhim while at my BF's house. He's perhaps 220 years old in grand total but hasn't aged since the falling of the bombs in the Great War resulting in lack of development, meaning he looks about 14 or 15.

In his time he's learnt a thing or two about pre-war mechanics and engines and strives to get the car back in use. He uses an old Harley Davidson motorbike (Which he repaired himself) to get around while he repairs any other vehicle he deems salvagable. The only thing he lacks is enough good gas to keep a vehicle going for more than 5 minutes.

Personality wise, he's very shy. Quite alert and unwilling to take risks, partially due to his lack physical stregnth, partially due to the fact that he has no gun at all. He does however have a way with animals (Animal friend: Level 2 perk) and they come to his aid whenever his life is threatened by raiders or slavers. Both of which he's managed to avoid.

He resides in the secluded area of Old Olney. Infested with Deathclaws, most wouldn't dare venture into the town, but they don't seem to pay the little ghoul any attention and he doesn't pay them any mind either. He sometimes scavenges useful equipment from the kills of the Deathclaws though for his own needs.

He wears a patchwork cap and tinted goggles to cover his head, which has an even, albeit extremely thin layer of red and blond hair and his eyes are a shocking blue in the iris, pupil and whites of his eyes. Underneath his ripped overalls is a turtle-neck jumper which is torn away at the right sleeve. The overall are ripped away from the waist down but are held to him tidily with his utilty belt which has two large pouch pockets and holding rings for his torch and other small tools.
A crowbar (and occasionally a tire-iron) is wedged between himself and his overalls at his back.
His trousers are a course but very malleable leather with knee-guards; his boots are simple walking boots with steel toe caps in which his trousers are tucked into.
Along with elbow guards on both sides, one hobo clove and a custom made glove with steel fingertips made from an old enviromental suit completes his look. He also carries a hold-all with him which has all of his smaller bits and bobs as well as whatever grenades he ever finds.

On his right wrist is a broken Vault-tec Pip-boy 3000. Salvaged from a trip down a vault, he keeps it on him out of pure fascination. Although it barely fuctions, with only the radio truely working anymore, he treasures it as his prize find.

On a more technical point...these are his stats..

E: 2 (This excludes his rad-resistance which is about 90%)
C: 7
I: 9
A: 9
L: 7

His very few perks are:
1. Animal friend: Level 2
2. Child at Heart
3. Lead Belly
4: Demolition expert: Level 3
5. Tag!

The only thing he's missing is a name. That is the point of this WIP post. Regardless of whether you play the game or not, he needs a name. Please leave your suggestions in the comment section BELOOOOOOOOW!!!
