Magician Lucius, once a loved magician stuck in a world trapped in a time loop, he noticed that the month kept repeating on loop, they could never make it to November 29th, it always restart after November 28th. He practiced his magic and soon gained control of the time loop effectively now controlling his world. He killed, robbed, and did whatever he wanted and but one day decided to go bigger, he started causing chaos and mass destruction, tormenting people and finding joy in it, he ripped out both his eyes and now torments many worlds, he travels universe to universe destroying them hitting any fandom he can like MHA or Undertale.
