I'm showing it like this for now since this colouring/shading technique takes an eternity but I still want to post it on this date. IT IS NOT FINISHED, but since it's a birthday gift it wouldn't be ok (at least to me) to put it here any other day.
So! happy birthday to , my oldest kouhai and actual IRL friend!
Fun fact: back in high school, Dash created Locar (bird boy here) and showed him to me. He had his backstory, personality and all that jazz already planned, BUT he was lacking an antagonist. That same day I did my first draft of Creuz (the child beater darknut) to be Locar's enemy, rival and lowkey mentor. Eventually I'd end up making an entire crew of characters, all of them with different responses to Locar's personality and all of them meant to help Dash experiment with all kinds of antagonists. Why? because Senpai loves creating assorted characters and making villains for others is quite fun so before I knew it I had 4 new baddies under my belt. That and for some reason Dash kind of forgets to make bad guys for his many, many heroes; he usually ends up creating them WAY later, and I just won't have that! STORIES NEED CONFLICT DANG IT!
Anyways, what I'm trying to say is: without Locar, there wouldn't be any Creuz, or Petro/Bagatur/Amanra for that matter. Which means we all have to thank Dash because otherwise I wouldn't have so many OCs lol. Again, happy birdday bro! Hurrah!
