Tails running animation (made with Gimp). Just a little detail: i forgot the stars cannot move while tails is running ^^U. The stars moving on the sky is common on some cartoons (like Hanna-Barbera cartoons).Press download to view the image.

I wouldn't say that Tails is 'running' I would say he is just spinning his tails without touching the ground.

Ah, sorry, did just refer how Tails runs XD, is that when Tails move his tails and he moves in the ground instead fly, i understand he is running.

Work in the Gimp is some similar to work on Photoshop: it uses the same tools. But to get an animation, each layer that you put is a frame of the animation. I draw a layer with the depth and Tails running, then i add this layer to the image. To export as an animation, you have export it as an animated GIF image, adjusting the frames per millisecond, or you can use MNG, an animated format based on PNG.
