Loving the texture on this sucker. Great use of value in the face - the eyes and nose feel like they would suck ya in. I like the creepy little entrails at the bottom, too. I think what I like the best is the rings in the cranium itself, though; as if skulls were like trees. How old does that make this guy?
Would make a killer t-shirt, I think.
My only crit is that some of those pale swirls in the background can be a little distracting since they're just sort of floating, especially the bottom left one. It's really minor, but I feel like they could've been integrated a little stronger into the splotch behind the skull.
Anyway, love it. Freakin' faved.

This reminds me of the Skull of Gul'Dan for some reason. Even though it does look like the skull of a human.

I've drawn my fair share of old women and men in still life classes, I swear the Uni's policy was the older the model the more detail to illustrate! Haha all those wrinkles ergh!

Awsome pic man, just came across this as I was researching this guy that made a pinhole camera out of a human skull. I wish I had the time to try some more ink drawing, bloody art college stops me from doing my art lol.

The course is going alright, just wana do some more 'interesting' stuff. Getting kinda tired off using the same materials. Did you do any courses?

I remember when I was back in school we had to draw a still life piece of fruit for weeks, to prevent the boredom monster from killing me I started to add mouths and fangs to each fruit, especially those wicked lemons!
I went to University doing an Illustraton degree, thouhg back then my style was completely different and only used traditional mediums.

The skull looks good, but I do agree with Doomsday that the rings looks somewhat off, since that seems more like the kind of markings that you would find on skin rather than bone.

Unfortunately these days the G.R.I.T prevents me from using a lot of colour 
I was trying to create the vibe but not stick to any reference or defined voodoo markings, I want to hint at it but not fully portray the theme if you get me?
