I guess it's too late in now... But do you think that in the future you could do higher res than just 1920x1200? My monitor runs at 2560x1440 and I don't really want the image to get distorted.

Ah, I actually used to be a Mac hater until I started going to my current school, The Art Institute. It's all Mac based and the field I'm going into is all Mac as well. So I bought one and since then I've been hooked. I love them now, just bought my second one in fact.

I never understood why the art industry is so Mac focused to be honest, perhaps its just the aesthetics of the computers themselves.
I'm sticking with the raw power of PC's myself......

That's the thing, is many people seem to think that Macs aren't all that powerful. When in fact the Unix kernel enables them to do things faster and more efficiently than a PC. They can also do it with less power than the PC platform.

Completely depends on specs however, Apple has total control on what you can actually put into a Mac unfortunately....
On paper it may sound fine, hell Linux is FAST also but Apple limit hardware to its OS updates, you can't exactly use what ever hardware you want without Apple's approval!
Also you can built a PC with more powerful hardware for half the price...
