I managed to make the MLM Pride Flag Watch Face for Apple Watch Series 4 and newer.

Instructions:
On an iPhone with iOS 16 or newer, download this deviantation and save it to FILES. No other file app will work with this since it’s an Apple Watch Face File. Once you’ve done that, go to Files and tap on the WatchFace file. This will redirect you to the Apple Watch app. If you see “Add to My Faces,” tap it. You should be able to use it now. If you see something else, you might not have a compatible Apple Watch OR you might need to update Apple Watch. I’m no expert, so if none of those two remedies work contact apple support.

Don’t quote me on this, but I think you can do this on MacOS BigSur and newer.
