First off, WOW this is absolutely AMAZING!!! I have never seen anything quite like this one before. And the fact that you achived the coloring with out editing is even more amazing to me.

I really love the angle of this shot. You can see into the spot where you dropped the object into the liquid. Also, you can see around that spot, which is nice, because then you can see all the colors.

The color, is what i think makes this such an interesting, and unique piece. I love how they are mixing together but not mixed fully to the point where you cant see the seperate colors.

The droplets that flew up from the impact makes the shot even more fun to look at. And how they are not blurry makes it really seem like the perfect moment captured.

Over all, i must say that this has to be one of my favorite pictures of this type. Well done!!

thanks man. I started simple and went nuts as I progressed. I'm not sure if you saw this: [link] but you can see that progression. At first I tried to isolate the color to one drop, but then I embraced the residue from the previous shots.

yeah there are some trippy ones in there. I used my finger to swirl the colors to get some of that effect.

Very interesting, I think what really makes the image is how the paint seems like it's concrete on the edges. Kind of like an illusion.

Yeah, it was amazing capturing it and watching it unfold in front of me.
