Poor Batman, getting all wet in the rain just so he can look menacing.I drew this in '97 (ten years ago, yikes!). I was referencing a t-shirt with this design on it.

Gosh, I have no idea. I did this drawing back when I was in college. I worked at the front desk at our college and was able to just sit there and draw. I'd guess it was probably a couple hours (interrupted by phone calls and people coming up to the desk to ask questions).
