Secondly, looking at your paintings. I think you're doing well on the basic shapes on your figures.
What I think needs some more attention is the description of form and light. In many of your paintings there is a bright higlight surrounding the subject, without a clear source of light. This causes the forms to look flatter than they would othervise. So, keep in mind the lighsources and their direction when shading things, and stick to them! No lights or shadows where they shouldn't be!
