guys, i'm working on a video game. yeah that's right. A VIDEO GAME!

it's called GXY's world

it will be quite similar to terraria, but much more different. the first alpha of the game might be released in 2025-2028. (i borrowed some sprites and color palettes from terraria and the calamity mod. i will give credit to them until either me or my team changes the sprites.)

i will be leaking and teasing some things from this game such as sprites, music, boss concepts, item concepts, etc. here on deviantart or on youtube. the name of the game (revealed), the antagonist, evil stuff, etc will be revealed in various polls. here is the lore and other stuff:

this game takes place in 2037 where technological advancement accelerates going from modern day to flying cars, time machines and mind uploading extremely fast. but not all places have access to this technology.

in 2034, a company with the goal of bringing world peace was destroyed by the main antagonist of the game, who we'll just call himothy herbeson for now. several corporate companies and imperialist/fascist/evil nations attempted to take down this company before, but they were all unsuccessful. that was until himothy herbeson striked, with his advanced weapons, skills and much more. he caused several casualties and destroyed the mechanazers, which are a group of 3 identical robots with the goal of bringing peace to the world.

in 2030, an alien lifeform that corrupts the minds of its victims strikes earth in seattle washington, which quickly spreads to several places in the world due to the cargo system in seattle similar to how covid started spreading in 2020. this disease is a fungal infection known as the red corruption. find more info in the following links:

also, 3rd world countries have been taken over by the corrupted zombies, whereas 2nd world countries are constantly fighting the zombies to protect their people. they also have or try to have very powerful militaries at the borders of their countries to protect their people from this dangerous but not life threatening zombie fungus.

in 2004, an ancient eldritch god was brutally murdered by a lunar tribe. the only things that remain from the eldritch god is its brain and 2 eyes. these 2 living organs will terrorize and ravage several tribes, villages, cities and many more. they come out during blood moons. they have several abilities such as spewing caustic blood, making razor nerves rise from the ground and making it rain blood. these 3 organs have nothing to do with the red corruption btw

about the lunar tribe, they live on the moon. in this universe, there is native life on the moon (also mars, venus, jupiter, saturn, uranus, neptune, titan, europa, ganymede, callisto, enceladus, triton, mimas and ceres) and this lunar civilization is actually pretty advanced and safe from the red corruption because of how far away they are from earth.
