Their faces look mostly interchangeable. Don't really see a difference in their personalities either.
While I do like the concept of gathering these red heads, and realize the idea was "in repose," I figure specific characteristics applied to the characters would do very well for this.

You are very good at drawing ladies, but I always thought and this pic convinced me even more that you have a problem with faces. They all look similar, the difference is almost unnoticeable. It is actually in all of your pictures, imho.. Try to make a picture of a five girls with completely different face types, maybe it'll help.
