the reploid of 100 years on  the past are far weaker in tec level but yes good on armor but bit slower and buildkey, the reploid in 100 years after all those wars are look more like human and more advence! and ciel in the era of the wars befor a not be born in those time, he parent as survivor of the elf wars!

hmm I dont think so, those armor cost money to make them and to good care them, and on the era she live, her people a fixe this little problem, is logic to make some thing is will cost less on money and energy, plus the energy problem is on megaman zero is will not be possible for a reploid of X serie era to survive, all them need more energy to be as the top! the the reploid of the zero and zx era are build to need less energy is need for the X era need, the X era are better the robot in megaman era, only better armor and other stuff but need more energy, this is why the Z era is the better in design, all them look more close to human, well all this designs a start be for the elf wars and as the end of the maverick wars.
