This is my version of how TRON could look like in TRON Legacy, i dunno if TRON is going to appear in the movie in someway, but for the moment here you have guys a TRON Legacy styled TRON.Related content

hehehe thanks there man n_n it was a little difficult to paint without lines so i was kinda worried if it could came good or bad doing it this way, but i see it came out nicely n_n

You anatomy has improved a lot. The structure of the body is nice and solid it doesn't look like it's just floating in mid-space. I like the texture and the monochromatic glow you have here. You did a great job on this. :thumbsup

well yeah, i had some practice in other areas, as well that my pixel art and spriting skills has improved as well, but i have to improve even more, this is like the first step, then walk is all about memory but go to where you wanna go takes more than that.

Although they have revealed a tiny tidbit about the character Tron... he's an outdated program, so I wouldn't say on his design. But who's to say he can't look something like this!

they did? i have to look at that XDD, of course he is going to be an outdated program, being that Alan couldn't be able to update TRON for the new generation of systems, TRON is very outdated, in TRON Killer App he said that he is too outdated that the security programs of today didnt recognize him at all XDD

Yeah; true... But keep in mind; they actually did state that TRON 2.0 materials were canon, but at least... it follows a similar concept...
There's also a lofty rumor going about that maybe Tron could pull a double agent attempt and be with Clu 2... as Rinzler. Fat chance on that though...

well as far they show us that the movie is in the right track, the trailer showed some awesome shots from all kind of old stuff made it into the new generation and some other new things that looked good as well, also the pics that they have in the official page, and of course Daft Punk doing the score for the movie

I haven't kept up with the TRON movement so I don't know TRON Legacy, but I really like this rendering of TRON.

Many thanks there, well yeah its has been lot of changes since the original movie, like the Jet Bikes that allows you to move in a more large range of degrees than the old 90 degrees turn that the old Lightcycle does, but as well the old things from the movie got a lot updated
