Description

and this second image is showing the same scene after the Fit Control has been applied..

kindly note that i'm not yet an expert in using it, i'm still in the processs of learning..

but you can notice the difference in the way the bikini's material enveloped the model's breasts especially underneath the breasts, and also the difference on the shape of the string or strap on top of the model's cleavage area...

sometimes the problem with working with body morphs is that the outfit won't necessarily fit the morphed body in a realistic way..

and providing the realistic look in 3D artworks is important for many artists..

and here's what i learned about it, particularly regarding the file size...

1) the Fit Control for Genesis 3 Female(s) by Zev0 and Discobob can greatly affect the size of a file (particularly a scene file) if it is to be saved..

in my previous experiences, a plain scene with a single character but without a background usually consumes less than 1 MB for storage..

but once the Fit Control has been applied, the file size can go up to as much as 60 plus MB..

and even if you delete the Fit Control morphs that were not used, it will only deduct a few MB from that large file size..

and i think that can be a problem if you're working with a lot of scenes, and a limited storage...

2) also, utilizing and fitting outfit that is not designed for the Genesis 3 (like those meant for V4, Genesis, or Genesis 2) can also increase the size of a file..

in some of my experiences, it can add several hundred KB to a file, as compared to a model wearing an outfit that is indeed designed for it..

example, a 170 KB file can increase to a 931 KB file just by changing the outfit to something that is not compatible with it...

TIP:

if you are preserving your digital storage space..

have your scene saved without the Fit Control being applied to it..

after saving, then that's the time when you can apply and experiment with the Fit Control to get your desired realistic look for the outfit..

you can also have it saved (as another file) temporarily if you think you'll be spending a lot of time on it..

just take note of the Fit Control morphs that you've been applying to get your target look for the outfit..

write it on a piece of paper, or type it on your Notepad, whatever is convenient for you..

delete the temporary (large) file once you're done and after you've taken note of everything..

by doing that, you no longer have to keep the large file, and you can just apply the Fit Control morphs as per your note if you are ready to render your scene...

Yes, I see how the under-breast straps straighten out more, as they should under tension. But I think they should come out even more. As it is, they still look like they are sticking to her chest.

yes, that is correct..
but the problem there is already the shape of the chest itself (the roundness), because the bikini is following that..
so the only option here is to go for a more advance 3D approach...
