Ohhh her hair is magnificent!! Wow this has such a lovely vibe to it! Love the colors, especially the bottom of the clouds- clouds are super tricky to get right! But they can be flat on the bottom just like you drew ^_^ Also the little bit of rain coming down and the rainbow are nice details. Lovely!
