I like the idea of Felix understanding Ralph a little better after their adventure and even calling him brother after.

I took another - closer - look at this. It seems to me that Felix is whistling and trying to act nonchalant as he is getting dressed in the locker room. But get this: Ralph is actually checking his buddy out ! Ralph is focused on Felix's tighty whities and likes what he sees!!!
