Wow, this is phenomenal! The only thing I could really say is maybe to make the back part of the mouth look a little less blended into the normal face, and more gruesome-looking. Horses don't just have mouths that extend back that far--theyre skin would have to be ripped open or something XD I don't know, lol.
But all my silliness aside... this is GORGEOUS! (If that's the right word XD) It must have taken a lot of time. It's very wonderful.

I tried making a manip featuring a zombie horse once but it did not come out nearly as real looking as your work. The changes from skull to fur or from flesh to fur look great.

Wow, this is absolutely amazing! One of the best of this type of manipulation I've seen! You've blown me away, but I would suggest putting your name or something on this because someone who is evil enough will most likely snatch it up and run away with it, just wanted to save you before something bad happens to your art like it did to mine!

i like the realistic feel to this and the way you made the muscles in the horse's neck appear. i just love the horse in general too.. especially the look of the definition of the muscles. good job with the mane and tail too
