yes they are mainly eevee forms with ninetales' tails on them, it wasn't a FULL splice, just adding the tails so you knew what you were looking at. and there wasn't a hole lot you can do with a ninetales sprite, it's a very simple design to try and splice with more complex ones while keeping the body of the eeveelutions.
